Your BE DYNAMIC Group Fitness Program is your means of giving you and your group a great group fitness experience in a way that is fun, enjoyable, unique and memorable regardless of personal fitness level. This program runs 2 hours with 1 hour being hands on group fitness training and the other offering you and your group an opportunity to have your individualized questions answered by Jordan Ponder!  The BE DYNAMIC Group Fitness Program will allow you to grow, develop and mature to BE A BETTER YOU!

This program is for are for members 18 years and older, who are cleared by a doctor for physical activity and groups of 20 or less that are passionate about continuing to BE BETTER!
